Sweetgum is a narrow, shotgun house design which is only thirteen feet wide. The front design is contemporary and provides privacy for the living spaces. Inside, the living and kitchen windows provide natural lighting, and the glass door from the hall opens to the private side porch. The master bath features the large glass shower and sink with a window.
