Dramatic and geometric, the Niagara House Plan's main living space has high ceilings and connects to the two-story bedroom wing of the house at the foyer, with skylights above. The wrap-around balconies and rooftop decks allow you to walk around most of the exterior of the house. Designed to incorporate stepped stairs and cable railings as manufactured by View Rail.
