Updates to Sorghum.

We've made some changes to our Sorghum House Plan, which is a modern farm-style house with attached garage, and large rear living porch. We extended the rear porch to provide a generous outdoor living space. Also, we adjusted the features in the master bath to make the shower larger. Enjoy the Sorghum House Plan.

Then we will add a project timeline, itemized quote for the cost, and a payment schedule. Your project notes will be sorted and added as well. All this information will be combined into a PDF quote, and emailed to you.

Then you'll review the sketch, notes, timeline and pricing. If you need revisions to the quote, you can reply by email, and we will revise your quote to exactly match your needs. This revision process is included in the price.

Once you are happy with the quote, and ready to have the full set of plans customized to match your quote, you can pay for the customization using the link inside your PDF quote.

At this point, we will take your quote, and modify the original plans for your house, customizing the full set of plans to match your quote. When completed, we send a copy of the plan to you in PDF, CAD and Sketchup Pro formats.
