Shenandoah is designed using our encapsulated spaces form, where we enclose functional utilitarian spaces. The enclosed spaces provide rigidity to the structure, and keep utility spaces out of view. This allows all the public spaces to be extra-open to the outdoors, and creates a dramatic contrast between the two space types. Shenandoah is part of the Elevated Collection which includes Blackberry Blossom, Salt Creek, Kariboo and Fairbanks.

Here's how the process works. It's easy and fun.

Using your notes, we will look over your requested changes and create a quick sketch, showing the proposed design solution. Our design team includes the lead designer who created the original house plan.

Then we will add a project timeline, itemized quote for the cost, and a payment schedule. Your project notes will be sorted and added as well. All this information will be combined into a PDF quote, and emailed to you.

Then you'll review the sketch, notes, timeline and pricing. If you need revisions to the quote, you can reply by email, and we will revise your quote to exactly match your needs. This revision process is included in the price.

Once you are happy with the quote, and ready to have the full set of plans customized to match your quote, you can pay for the customization using the link inside your PDF quote.

At this point, we will take your quote, and modify the original plans for your house, customizing the full set of plans to match your quote. When completed, we send a copy of the plan to you in PDF, CAD and Sketchup Pro formats.
