Landlubber. Perfect in Frisco, North Carolina

Sep 4, 2018 | Construction Photos, Landlubber | 2 comments

On the coast of North Carolina is the Outer Banks. On the southern end of the Outer Banks is Hatteras Island. Hatteras Island is where the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is located. On the west end of the island is a small village named Frisco.

As it turns out, Frisco, North Carolina is another perfect location for the Landlubber Beach House. In the Landlubber, you can view the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. It’s very beautiful.

This house was built by Midgett Realty Construction. Photos are provided by Midgett Realty Construction.

  1. I am interested in the landlubber home, prospective site would be in Avon. What is the coast to build this house roughly? I have time so if it save money I can wait. I have family friends that are permanent residence. I have been given a few builders names. As well as real estate agents. I have seen some home the homes in the area I would like to get a quote from you and the other builders. I would like to purchase on the sound side on the canal if possible. I will will able to start this in 3 – 4 months. I can wait until it cools down a little if that helps. My father was the president of the Virginia home builders Association, and I will also referred to his knowledge on costs to build. Again, this is a serious question from a serious build.
