Today, Kari and Dan released the Beach Comber House Plan.

The Beach Comber House Plan is a lovely plan for a retro style lot on the coastline of Florida. It boasts of charm in a generously designed 2052 sq.ft. living area. We love that the Beach Comber is a one level living with a hip roof, above pilings, making the Beach Comber an easy build and desirous for clients who want a quaint retro styled Florida beach house look.
