Step 1
Pick Your Favorite Plan
Browse through our stock plans, and find your favorite.
Wish List & Quote
Download our Change A Plan Wish List, and put your dreams and wishes down in writing. Send a copy of your Wish List to sales@tyreehouseplans.com and we will send you a quote.
Step 2
Design Sketches
We will create hand-drawn sketches of your project which establish the design and define the scope of work for your project. This phase includes (4) phone conversations to discuss and critique the design, and provides (2) sets of revisions to the Design Sketches, if needed. Read more about our Design Sketches.

Step 3
3D Model Design
We will create 3d models of the revised design for your project using Sketchup and Twinmotion. These models will accurately show you the design of your project. This phase includes (10) color renderings and floor plan artwork for each floor level. Read more about our 3D Model Design.

Step 4
Construction Documents
We create construction documents for your project, based on the approved 3D Model Design. These drawings are emailed in a multi-page PDF which can be printed, and is used for construction. We also provide the drawings in CAD and Sketchup formats. Read more about our Construction Documents.

Fully Custom Plans
We can create completely custom plans based on your criteria and wish list. The cost is $8 per square foot (under roof).
