A custom build of Enotah House Plan has been constructed in Cle Elum, Washington.

Outstanding plans for Energy Efficiency, sun in the south windows in the winter and no sun when it’s high in the sky in the summer. Excellent for solar panels if desired. Higher foundation of 2 ft down and 2ft up left me high, dry and happy. The porch and front door never got snowed in storm with 5 ft of snow last winter. About $500 a year to heat with 4 cadet wall heaters. I am happy to have done business with Tyree House Plans.
