A client is building the Niagara house plan on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.
We started with the standard house plan and customized it to fit the clients’ specific needs, including enclosing the ground level and making modifications to the upper level floor plans. The exterior was modified, changing some exterior finishes.
Below are a few pictures of the demolition of the old house. Starting soon, they will be driving pilings for the new home structure, and we will be sharing more pictures at that time.
