Creation of a 3D model showing how a specific stock THP plan will fit on a specific property, using known setbacks and site limitations from the client or a Property Research synopsis. We will create a list of any recommended modifications to the plan to achieve the desired fit of the house design on the property. These recommendations will be published in PDF format.
