Can the Forecastle Plan be designed on a basement slab foundation with west side/rear garage entrance no front steps, Enter on ground floor, Beach Views to the South, so maximize the Family room and Master views.
I have a lot that is 50×120 corner lot. If this plan does not work, I would be interested in a 3 story duplex plan, each side 20 ft wide, rear garage or detached garage.
