Our Ocoee House Plan has been embraced for its unique use of a steeply sloping lot. With the garage located above the main house, and with terracing between the structures, this house utilizes the outdoor spaces by dividing them into individual zones, each with a distinct purpose.

A customer in New Jersey purchased this plan for a property with a beautiful stand of pine trees. We customized the plan creating this version of the Ocoee to fit the customer’s needs, and show off the beautiful multi-level property.
